How delivery, upgrades and download links work.

What do I actually get?

PDF guides, delivered by email. Guide 1 is £4.99, every other guide is £19.99, and all nine together are £69.99 instead of £164.91 bought separately.

How is it delivered?

Once your payment clears you get an email with a download link. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then use the returning-buyer page to send yourself a fresh link.

I bought a guide and now want the rest. Do I pay twice?

No. Upgrading to the complete series only charges the difference: whatever you already paid is deducted automatically at checkout. Buying Guide 1 and then the series costs the same in total as buying the series outright.

How long do my download links last?

The link emailed to you works for 7 days, and the individual file links on that page are refreshed every time you load it. After 7 days you can request a new link at any time, for free, using the email you paid with. Your access does not expire, only the links do.

Can I get a refund?

Because the guides are delivered immediately, checkout asks you to confirm you want instant access and understand that this waives the 14-day cancellation right that normally applies to digital content under UK and EU consumer law. That confirmation is required before payment, and it is why the files are available straight away rather than after a waiting period.

Is the Implementation Pack included in the series?

No. The complete series is the nine guides. The Implementation Pack is a separate companion product at £19.99, and can be added at checkout or bought on its own.

Are the files watermarked?

Yes. Each PDF is personalised with the email address it was bought under at the moment you download it.

How do you handle payment details?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach this site.
